Eshed is a practising advocate based in Cape Town. He is a member of the Cape Bar Society of Advocates and the Pan African Bar Association of South Africa. His practice includes constitutional, human rights, and international law. He completed his law degree at the University of Cape Town and his masters degree at the University of Oxford. He was a clerk at the Constitutional Court in 2018/19.
